I wanted to send you an email to tell you how much we appreciate your efforts assisting us with obtaining new parts for our critical customer (large hospital campus) in the desert (112F today).

You could have easily- do what so many supply house counter staff do- send a quote for what you have and the lead time and move on BUT you went above and beyond to help us obtain the parts ASAP, by spending extra time and efforts, trying to find the parts locally for our emergency. We also strive to help our customers to the best of our ability and it appears.....so do you.

I hope my email conveys how much we appreciate what you did for us on this small BUT important order. Our technicians were able to conduct and complete the work, the air handler is back up and running and our customer is very grateful. Unfortunately, they are not aware that it was Karla behind the scenes that made it happen but we are!
